All prices shown in this website are quoted in pounds sterling (credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider). Data entry errors or other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases it is not required to honour this price. If you see any price you believe to be incorrect, please contact us so we can verify it for you.Shipping/carriage
The final price quoted on the payments page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination. These charges include carriage by either UK Royal Mail, UK Parcel Force or a designated courier to both home and overseas destinations. Using this system, most European deliveries will be made within five to six working days, US, Canada and other areas within seven to fourteen working days.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock permanently, although we do try our best. If an item is out of stock and we cannot ship your goods within 5-6 working days of receipt of your order, we will contact you to advise the actual situation and take instructions from you on how you would prefer us to proceed. In all cases our objective is to fulfill orders within twenty-eight days of our receipt of your order. In the event of requested goods being unavailable, we will not send you substitute or alternative goods (if such goods are available) unless we have contacted you and obtained your prior agreement for such action.
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped.Damage and loss in transit
Occasionally, unfortunately, things do get lost or damaged in transit. If this happens with your shipment, please advise us and we will supply replacement goods as quickly as we can. However, since we never knowingly ship damaged goods we need your help to try to recover our costs from the carrier wherever possible.
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier's insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as 'Damaged package; goods not yet inspected' or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming.
Whatever the circumstances, please contact us by email or telephone with as much detail of the damage or loss as you can provide, as soon after delivery as possible, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up the carriers.
Please do NOT return damaged goods, unless and until requested to do so as this may incur additional costs unnecessarily.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please let us know and we will take care of you right away. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org Goods which are returned under complaint or for exchange etc. should be returned to us post-paid within 14 days of delivery. If the claim is agreed, we will refund monies paid for return transport. We appreciate that sometimes, purchases are made - perhaps as gifts - which prove later to be unsuitable. In these circumstances, we will happily arrange a credit of the full purchase price paid for the goods, once we have examined the returned goods, but the cost of the shipping cannot be refunded in these circumstances. Goods which have been soiled through wear or use will not be accepted for return. Please note that refunds will normally be made using the same method as the original payment. (i.e.: a credit card purchase will be refunded through your credit card account). All sale items are final.Proof of posting
For your own protection, you are strongly advised to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason for the return. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered/undeliverable.Payments
You can order online and pay through the website or by cheque. To pay by cheque, please place your order through the website and choose the 'pay by cheque' option when you get to the checkout. Payments by cheque must be in UK pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank account. Please note that goods that are paid for by cheque will not be despatched until payment has cleared. Our preferred method of payment is by PayPal using a credit or debit card. This method assures you of security and confidentiality. Using this system we have no access to your credit card information, we simply receive a notification that the amount has been debited - or not. This system is more secure than any telephone or mail system ever could be and probably more secure than most face-to-face transactions you make. The cost of this system is entirely borne by us, in the interests of maintaining your confidentiality and security. Other payment methods are available and we will always keep your information confidential, but we do provide the secure service through PayPal as a convenience for you. The choice is yours.Payment and retention of title
Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to despatch. If, for any reason, goods are shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped belongs to Teresa Green Design until payment in full for the goods is received by us. Conversely, we will not normally process payment for goods until they are available for despatch. However, please note that on-line transactions are normally actioned automatically whilst you are on-line to the secure transaction server.Confidentiality
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do not supply our 'mailing information' to third parties but do use it to advise our clients of goods and services we feel may be of interest to them, unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing.
Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience, but will not be supplied to any outside agency. We prefer you to use the secure transaction services to make credit card transactions since this service is completely independent of our organisation and your credit card details are not divulged to us at any time.
Cookies allow us to maintain what is known as a "user session." A session allows us to track your progress through our site and ordering system via the cookie. Your cookie from our site expires once you turn off your browser.

In the event of disagreement between Teresa Green and its clients which cannot be mutually resolved in a reasonable time period, the Institute of Directors (UK) may be asked by either party, subject to the agreement of the other party to the dispute, to appoint a mediator to settle the dispute before bringing the matter into the legal process. All items are hand made in the U.K.
All screen printing is done by hand in our studio Leicestershire, England, UK.
All base materials are 100% natural(100% cotton, 100% linen, Linen/cotton mix).
The main stock of our linen is from Irish mills, when unavailable we source from Europe.
All items are printed and made in England. That's the whole process, no components are made up outside the UK.
Natural materials will shrink at 5% on first washing.
Please follow wash care of product for best treatment.
Items with no wash care are to be sponged only.
Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible however, as with all photography, there may be some variation.Place of business
